At Glitzio Store, we want our customers to shop with confidence. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase/order confirmation may be required
2. Return Shipping Charges
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for normal returns and size exchanges.
- If Glitzio Store sends a wrong or damaged item, Glitzio Store will bear the courier charges.
3. Restocking Fee
No restocking fee will be charged on approved returns.
4. Final Sale Items
Glitzio Store currently does not have final sale items. Eligible products may be returned according to this policy.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Used or worn products
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Products without original packaging
- Items returned after 7 days
6. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding approval.
Approved refunds will be issued through the same original payment method used by the customer, where applicable:
- Bank Transfer
- Online Payment
- COD refund handling (if applicable)
7. Refund Processing Time
Refunds may take 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.
8. Exchanges
We allow exchanges for:
- Wrong shoe size
- Damaged item
- Wrong product received
- Defective product
